Amnesty International is concerned for the safety of Ustadz Zulkifle Alimmudin a 28 year old Arabic teacher abducted in Davao city on the southern island of Mindanao the 6 April 2003.He was abducted by armed men believed to be members of the Regional Intelligence and Investigation Division of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
